What can I say. These guys from the customer service department with the initial phone call to their swift service the next day installing kitchen pendant lights. The techs were awesome, fast, friendly and had a sense of humor too. Moving forward i'm going to go with Home Service Pro, besides their pricing was easy and spot on.

Mike was awesome I recommend ANYBODY having hvac issues DO NOT GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Mike not only fixed my issue, he first listened to my Google certified issue, didnt make me feel stupid, explained the extent of my issue, then asked if he could take a look at the unit. Of course he fixed it an the time it took him to explain the issue to me, very learned engineer (give that man a raise) Then of course he went above and beyond with the paperwork! It was just nice to see an angel taking his earthly job seriously TGBTG

Overall great experience and my issue was solved. The first person that came out couldve been much more thorough. The mechanic from the second visit acknowledged the issue from the first and let me know what really needed to be done. Ultimately,I needed my whole unit replaced (the refrigerant my old unit needed was no longer in production and was super expensive and not worth it) so we scheduled that. They worked with me and were professional and courteous. Big shoutout to Jack and Jeremy for helping me stay cool for the rest of the summer.

These guys were great very knowledgeable. I had someone else put the system in. It wasn't working properly I contacted home service pros. They sent technicians out and knew exactly what the problem was they installed a new thermostat and changed the wiring around that the previous company wired wrong. I would highly recommend home service pros they did an excellent job.

HVAC tech was professional, quick with his response time and considerate of our home. He performed his inspections fast and gave us honest feedback of solutions to consider. Our upstairs HVAC unit was leaking through the ceiling and it took him no time to drain the overflowing drip pan and stop the leak from the ductwork. The job only took 2 hours and less than $200 to fix, which was a win. However 2 days later, our ceiling is dripping even faster than the initial leak and slightly spreading on the ceiling. This would have been a 5 star rating if we could have gone longer without the leaking returned. At this point our units are hemorrhaging us money.

Owners are the salesmen and registered electricians and HVAC experts who come to your house, price the job, supervise and perform the installation. Excellent work, performed in a timely and professional manner. Very low overhead is reflective of the final price which was 1/2 off of the major brand name competition. Equipment is state of the art and comes with a 10 year warranty.

This is the second time Ive used this company and Josh one of the owners is great to work with. I called 2 other companies first and they both quoted very high prices and only one solution. Josh was able to be creative and proposed a different solution at a reasonable price that accomplished everything we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hvac or electrical work. They installed several new hvac systems, wired an unfinished room, replaced several light fixtures and did a great job.

Our old heatpump was 20 years old so we started shopping. The competition came in so high any rebates would have been gone to overpriced bids. HSP came in with a highly rated system that has great performance specs at $5,000 less. The crew got the job done in about 6-7 hours and we are enjoying how quiet the new system is. As a single female homeowner it’s hard to find reliable service that feels trustworthy and makes me feel comfortable and safe in my home. From the interaction with the wonderful receptionist/scheduler to the final end product everybody was great to work with. They really are a one stop shop. I would absolutely recommend them and work with them again in the future. The job site was finished in a timely manner, to completion and no mess was left behind. I have been using Josh Tramble for my HVAC since he diagnosed and repaired a huge problem caused by ANOTHER company (i wont name) who installed a new Trane HVAC system at our home. He is super responsive, honest, and knows his business! I think so much of him that I chose his company to award a 5 unit, 15 ton HVAC project at my business. He continues to provide our twice yearly service through his company and, while we dont see him personally as much, his crew is outstanding. We feel confident that if we ever need a higher level of diagnosis or HVAC replacement, that we have a great partner in him and Home Service Pros. A bonus is that they also install home generators, which we are presently considering, especially since i have a company i can confidently trust for this important installation. You will not be disappointed with this company!

Good folks. Came out right on time, took care of the minor end of the problem quick and easy, and communicated clearly about the challenges of our 20-plus-year-old system (but no hard sales pitch).

Last year, my upstairs AC was failing. I called Josh and he came to do an assessment the very same day. I bought my house which had been flipped, and unfortunately they installed an air conditioner that was way too small for the area it was supposed to be cooling. Josh offered me great options for a new unit and installed it promptly. We are nice and cool and have not had any problems since. Fast-forward to this year, my downstairs AC went out completely. I called Josh in the morning and they replaced the capacitor same day at a very reasonable rate. Nice and fast service but had to keep going back and forth with few things. I was promised to get my work done the same day as installation but looks like a lot of mis communication between the person who answers the calls and who actually comes out to do work. Thrusday was my quote day they said they cant do it and Friday was scheduled and than some sort of emergency came up and had to be moved to Saturday. Overall great service I would recommend them but I guess could do better with communication. Reasonable pricing as well.

Our AC unit broke at the worst time in the middle of summer during a heat wave. Home Service Pro sent out a person same day to come check the unit. They repaired it, and also provided a great offer for a replacement, which was very much needed as our unit was over 26 years old. They came back and replaced the AC unit within the week. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. My air condition in my apartment stopped blowing cold air. I called them & they came out the next day. Brian was AMAZING! My unit was frozen so we had to let it thaw, but he walked me through each step he did, explained potential problems and causes & made sure there were no leaks or anything. He also cleaned up excess water. When he came back he did what he could to get things cool again. Brian went ABOVE AND BEYOND and really turned my situation around. He was really down to earth & did an amazing job. I recommend him for ANY of your HVAC needs, he also stated he did plumbing work as well.

My AC was not working on the weekend, I called HSP who came within 3 hours to diagonise the issue. Brian called and explain the issue and got it fixed the next day.
